HOW WE HELP

One problem — several layers of infrastructure

We check the device, connection and settings to find the cause of the issue and agree on a solution.

01 / DEVICE

We start with the computer itself

Windows, drivers, apps, peripherals and local errors — before going deeper into the infrastructure.

02 / NETWORK

If it's not local — we check the network

LAN, Wi‑Fi, router, access points and physical connections. We trace the cause layer by layer, not by guessing.

03 / SUPPORT

Remote or on-site — depending on the task

If a task can be solved safely online, there's no reason to spend time on a visit. If physical work is needed, we come to the site.

SERVICE COVERAGE

A network as a living route

Remote assistance is available across South Korea. On-site availability, dates and fees are agreed separately. The diagram illustrates support options.

Technology should work quietly.
We step in when something gets in the way.

No inflated quotes or unnecessary work. We name the real cause of the problem, fix it, and get out of the way — so your equipment just works again.

FAQ

Before you contact us

Can the issue be solved remotely?

Yes, when physical access is not required. If on-site access is needed, this is identified before work starts.

Do you ask for passwords or OTP codes?

No. Passwords and one-time codes remain with the client. We do not ask you to send them through the website, email or messaging apps.

Do you support businesses?

Yes. Business services include workstations, network troubleshooting, equipment deployment, remote and on-site support.

Do you have fixed public pricing?

Pricing depends on the actual cause and scope of the task. After a short assessment, we provide a price or clear range before paid work begins.

CONTACT

Describe your IT task

Share the symptoms, equipment involved and the outcome you need. That is enough for an initial support assessment.
