How IT ProService collects, uses, transfers, retains and deletes information received through the website and work communication channels.

Updated: August 30, 2026

1. Controller and privacy contact

Website operator: IT ProService, South Korea. Privacy, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal requests: info@itproservice.co.kr. Responsible function: IT ProService Privacy.

2. Data collected by the inquiry form

The form collects only your name, reply contact, selected service, page language and task description. IT ProService does not read or add city/country values from IP headers to the inquiry. Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, payment-card data, API keys or other secrets.

3. Purpose

Data is used to answer the inquiry, make an initial task assessment, agree on support format and pricing, deliver agreed support and continue work-related communication.

4. Retention

If an inquiry does not become an active engagement, operational correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, payment, tax, dispute or legally required records may be retained longer where necessary under applicable rules.

5. Deletion

When the processing purpose and mandatory retention periods end, operational copies are removed from IT ProService-controlled channels. Provider backups and technical logs may remain until their normal retention cycle expires.

6. Sharing and sale

IT ProService does not sell personal data and does not use inquiry data for advertising profiles. Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the site, deliver inquiries and support work communications, or when disclosure is legally required.

7. Your rights

You may request access information, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for further non-mandatory processing by emailing info@itproservice.co.kr. If a mandatory retention period still applies, we will explain which records cannot be deleted immediately.

8. Security and remote access

Remote access is used only after the specific task is agreed. Passwords and one-time codes are entered by the client. Actions that can affect data or system security are discussed before they are performed.

9. Service providers and data processing locations

The table below lists services actually used by IT ProService for the website and customer communications. Direct contact through a messaging service is also subject to that provider’s own privacy terms.

10. Consent when using the web form

The web form requires separate confirmation for personal-data processing and for delivery through Vercel/Telegram. Without those confirmations, the form cannot be submitted. You may instead choose email, Telegram or KakaoTalk directly; that external service will also process the communication under its own terms.
